This site has no account system, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical connection data to deliver and protect the website.
Contacting us
If you email us or use the Keepsake support form, we receive your name, email, message and any optional store URL, theme version or screenshots you provide. We use this information to respond, send an automatic receipt and handle your request; it does not subscribe you to marketing. Cloudflare processes form delivery, email and short-lived anti-abuse counters. Support messages and attachments are held in the studio’s support mailbox, not in a public issue tracker. Contact contact@brimleafstudio.com to request deletion, subject to records we need to retain for legal or dispute-handling purposes. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive customer information.
Product films and fonts
Product films and fonts are self-hosted on brimleafstudio.com and media.brimleafstudio.com using Cloudflare. Playing a film does not connect to a third-party video platform. The website is available in English.
